Knocked It Out Of The Park – Terry Strand

Randy, your book is a killer!  You knocked it out of the park, and I’m not saying this merely to puff you up.  I’m on page one hundred fifty, reading it slowly because I don’t want it to end. There are other experts in the Iron Game, but nobody has ever come anywhere close to laying out the entire history of bodybuilding from Alpha to the Omega, as you are doing. The volumes are the litmus test to determine if one is a true iron head: in other words those who are able to put down the tomes are not only non-lifters, but they also may be clinically dead as well!  You should be inducted into the AOBS Hall of Fame without a question, in my humble opinion.
